Kildeer, IL.Full time: 40 hours/weekHours: Monday-Friday, (8a-5p)Required Travel: Yes, to Fox River Grove LocationWhat you will do:Arterial imagingVenous ImagingCarotid ImagingQuestions regarding exams checked with tech II prior to patient leaving departmentTranscranial ImagingRecord preliminary report on all in patients in EPIC.Positive venous results on in-patients are phoned to nurse, intern or referring physicianAll out patient venous preliminaries are phoned to ordering physiciansAssists patients family as neededMonitors patients pain level during vascular testing ; consults with Vascualr Tech II, inpatient's nurse, or physician if neededSide rails up following examAssists patient with bathroom needsWhat you will need:Education: Graduate from an accredited ultrasound/vascular tech program.Certification: Will need to take RVT within 2 years of employment.Experience: Some medical terminology required.

Also, should have knowledge of basic ultrasound physics.
