We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist (Project Manager). This role is essential to delivering the high-touch, personal service that defines our client experience.
As the first point of contact for many clients, you will play a key part in ensuring that every interaction is smooth, professional, and impactful, both for our clients and our advisory team.
Minimum Requirements: A passion for providing outstanding client service Initiative and self-motivation — able to work independently with minimal oversight A desire to grow with the firm and contribute long-term Consistent reliability and a strong personal work ethic Polished and professional phone communication skills Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience with calendar coordination and task prioritization Follow-through and accountability in completing tasks A kind, positive attitude and team-oriented spirit Possess or willing to obtain financial licensing Main Responsibilities: Manage and track 401(k) rollovers and investment transfers with accuracy Prepare and submit paperwork for client accounts, ensuring completeness and compliance Assist clients during account transitions and respond to service-related needs Answer account-related questions (e.g., login support, address or beneficiary changes) Support internal operations by offloading administrative tasks from advisors Contribute to creating a seamless and efficient client service experience across the team, keeping tasks off of our advisors workload Benefits include: Paid Time-Off, 401K
