Under supervision of Detector Packaging Manager, provide microelectronics assembly support to packaging operations.

This Production Technician will process, build, bond, transfer, cure, test and package a full series of cameras.

He or she will learn and function in the exact same manner as the first shift currently does.

Work environment is cleanroom / lab.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:\nAqueous ultrasonic cleaning operations.\nLaser marking, getter welding\nAdhesive die bonding\nWirebonding and pull testing\nAlignment measurement\nMultipart testing\nStereo zoom microscope\nDocumentation for travelers and WIP tracking\nKnowledge of clean room protocol\n\nJob Qualifications:\nAttention to detail\nCollaboration and teamwork\nCommunication skills (oral, written and listening)\nDecision-making and problem solving\nInitiative and flexibility\nMinimum two years' experience in electronics or related field\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nApplicants must be either a U.S.

Citizen, U.S.

national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S.

Departments of State or Commerce.Salary Range: $43,900.00-$58,500.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
