Cylinder- Operator - Proofing

End to end management of the shift activities

· Supervising and coordinating proofing activities

· EHS

· To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets

· Ensure the smooth running of the production processes

· Color shade matching with sample jobs or old proofs.

· Proof reading via prints check software.

· Documentation and record keeping of proof samples for future reference

· To provide data for preparing daily reports of no. of cylinder rejected.

· Adherence to all laid down procedures of quality

· Prepare move order for the materials in ERP.

· Entry of Cylinders in ERP.

· Preparing various reports COA reports, Customer Complaint reports for MIS purpose.

· Check LAB values of the proofs and delta E comparison.

· Ensure compliance with safety measures

· Ensure safe practices at the work place

Must have a technical degree.
