Recruiter Position
Currently searching for a recruiter with broad experience with full cycle recruitment to support the Director of Human Resources. The recruiter will support leadership in key areas of energy storage business which include operations and engineering. The successful candidate will contribute to our organizational strategy by generating a talent pipeline and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire candidate process, analyzing data, and creating a deep partnership with the business. This role is client-facing, and will provide support in the areas of identifying, attracting, and hiring talent at US locations.
Hard Skills:
Knowledge and experience with ATS systems
Full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience recruiting engineering, project manager, and operational roles is a plus
1-3 years of recruitment experience
Experience in technical recruiting is a plus
Experience with Candidate Development tools, including social media, networking, and referrals
Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment
Experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is a plus
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong drive for results and independent
Willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback
Ability to approach situation with a high level of professionalism
Job Type:
This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 12 months.
Work Site:
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days on-site in Durham, North Carolina and 2 days remote.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
