Corporate Director of Information Technology

Full Time - Hybrid Setting

UMC is currently seeking a Corporate Director of IT for our Home office in Neptune, NJ.

Requirements for a Corporate Director of IT:

Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field/degree.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field/degree

3-5 years in Business Operations or Network Development or Systems Administration.

5-7 years experience in Business Operations or Network Development and Systems Administration in a Healthcare environment.

Microsoft or other Professional Certifications

Computer programs including MS Office, Outlook and HealthMedX CRM module.

Responsibilities for a Corporate Director of IT:

The Corporate Director, I.T. leads day-to-day technology operations across UMC's multi-site senior living communities. The role

translates enterprise strategy into reliable service delivery, secure infrastructure and cloud operations, effective cybersecurity, and

high-quality end-user support. This leader manages the IT operations team and MSP partners, stewards approved operating and

capital budgets, and oversees core applications, networks, identity and access, and business continuity. As the CIO's execution

partner, the Corporate Director IT standardizes practices, informs roadmaps, and ensures regulatory compliance so technology is

consistently available, safe, and resident-ready.
