Role Overview:

We are seeking Legal Analysts and Specialists to support the organization’s legal operations by drafting contracts, managing compliance, handling disputes, and advising on corporate and regulatory matters. This role ensures legal integrity and risk mitigation across all business activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

For All Levels:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Assist in managing litigation, disputes, and regulatory investigations.

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory laws.

Conduct legal research and provide guidance on employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Maintain accurate legal documentation and records.

Additional for Senior Analyst / Specialist:

Lead complex contract negotiations and legal reviews.

Act as the primary legal advisor to specific business units or projects.

Provide strategic input on corporate legal policies and frameworks.

Mentor junior legal staff and review their work.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree or specialization preferred.

Analyst / Specialist: 5–7 years of experience in corporate legal practice or in-house legal roles.

Senior Analyst / Specialist: 8–10 years of experience in legal advisory, contract management, and compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law.

Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.

Understanding of litigation processes and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

For Senior Level: Ability to lead legal projects, influence decisions, and handle complex legal risks.

Preferred Certifications:

Bar admission or legal practice license.

Additional certifications in corporate law, arbitration, or compliance are an advantage.
