Janssen Vaccine, Incheon site is seeking a highly motivated Associate Analyst, QC Lab Services, based in Incheon, Korea. This role plays a key part in supporting the introduction of laboratory equipment through validation and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Data Integrity (DI) standards.

**You will be responsible for**

+ Execute and review Laboratory Computer System Validation activities within the **Analytical Instrument Qualification (AIQ)** framework.

+ Support qualification of environmental chambers (e.g., freezers, incubators, stability chambers) and auxiliary equipment (e.g., biological safety cabinets).

+ Conduct validation activities for laboratory systems interfacing with **Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).**

**Qualifications / Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field

+ 1~ 4 years professional experience in related field.

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines

+ Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams (Quality, Engineering) and external equipment vendors

+ Flexibility and agility in planning and prioritizing tasks

+ Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

+ Proficiency in both Korean and English (spoken, written, and reading)
