We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Group Product Management team and help strengthen our market position, support product portfolio development, and create synergies across our global operations.

Your future team:

You will join a diverse and international team of seven, including Group Product Managers and a Business Development & Insights Specialist, within Group Marketing & Communications (GMC). Our focus extends beyond traditional marketing — we combine local initiatives into Group projects, support with best-practice sharing, and drive Group-wide thinking in how we serve customers.

What you will be doing:

You will ensure that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource needs

Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets

Monitor progress and prepare stakeholder reports, highlighting risks and solutions

Maintain strong networks across GMC, Group Development, OPCOs, and external stakeholders

Support Group Product Managers in the annual strategy and budget process

What you bring:

You are not just experienced — you are strategic, business-minded, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues across functions and countries.

Ideally 2-5 years of project management experience

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Stakeholder management experience in complex organisations, aligning diverse interests across several departments

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Preferably basic understanding of insulation applications; experience in fire safety and product certification is an advantage

You are:

Strategic, business-oriented, and internationally minded, with a relevant marketing/engineering background

Independent and confident in making proposals aligned with agreed strategies

Structured, hands-on, and proactive in gathering and synthesising information

Able to communicate confidently at all organisational levels, building relationships and networks to achieve results
