Voice Up seeks a visionary Chief Learning Officer to develop strategic relationships with educational organizations and nonprofits across our network of 2,000+ cities in 100+ countries. This commission-based role focuses on creating innovative partnerships, securing grants, and expanding Voice Up's educational impact through our growing publishing initiatives and student internship programs. Strategic Responsibilities
• **Educational Partnerships**: Develop relationships with K-12 schools, universities, community colleges, and educational nonprofits
• **Grant Development**: Identify and secure grant opportunities in collaboration with nonprofit organizations
• **Curriculum Integration**: Create pathways for Voice Up and Flyght App integration into existing educational frameworks
• **Nonprofit Collaboration**: Form strategic alliances with mission-aligned nonprofits to expand reach and impact
• **Learning Innovation**: Design new educational models that incorporate purpose discovery and authentic conversation
• **Publishing Expansion**: Scale our successful publishing initiatives to reach more schools and educational organizations
• **Internship Development**: Expand our college internship program where students earn academic credit while pursuing meaningful causes
Commission Structure
• **7% Override**: On revenue generated through educational partnerships you develop
• **10-20% Grant Commission**: On successful grant applications you author or co-author
• **15-35% Direct Commission**: On educational sponsorships and partnerships you personally secure
• **5% Innovation Bonus**: On implementation of new educational models you design
• **8% Publishing Commission**: On educational book orders you facilitate
