**Commission-Based Part-Time to Full-Time Remote**

## Position Overview

Voice Up seeks a visionary Chief Learning Officer to develop strategic educational partnerships across our network of 2,000+ cities in 100+ countries. This commission-based role focuses on securing grants, expanding educational impact, and scaling our successful publishing initiatives.

## Key Responsibilities

- Develop K-12, university, and nonprofit partnerships

- Identify and secure grant opportunities

- Integrate Voice Up curriculum into educational frameworks

- Scale publishing initiatives to reach more schools

- Expand college internship programs

## Commission Structure

- **7%** Override on educational partnerships

- **10-20%** Grant commission on successful applications

- **15-35%** Direct commission on sponsorships

- **8%** Publishing commission on book orders

- **5%** Innovation bonus on new models

**Example Part-Time Earnings:** $4,767+ monthly

- 5 partnerships ($5K monthly each) = $1,750 override

- 2 grants ($25K each) = $5,000+ annual commission

- Direct sponsorships = $1,200+ monthly

- School book orders = $900+ monthly

## Flexibility Options

- Experience in education, nonprofit leadership, or L&D

- Proven partnership development and/or grant writing track record

- Understanding of educational systems and curriculum integration
