Class B CDL Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class B CDL Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, delivering goods, and providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Class B commercial vehicles, including box trucks, dump trucks, and other medium-duty vehicles.

Transport goods, equipment, or materials to designated locations following assigned routes and schedules.

Ensure proper handling and securing of items.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with DOT regulations.

Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and hours of service.

Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism when interacting with clients.

Report any mechanical issues, delays, or incidents to dispatch or management.

Qualifications:

Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.

Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.

Strong communication and time-management skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination as required.
