Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Position Available – New York

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually + full benefits package

Role Overview:

Provide tailored therapy plans and conduct client assessments.

Offer evidence-based therapies for individuals, couples, groups, and families.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic care.

Ensure compliance with all clinical documentation standards.

Stay current through participation in training and workshops.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Licensed in New York State (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).

Two or more years of clinical experience preferred.

Expertise in specialized areas such as trauma or substance misuse is an advantage.

Strong ethical awareness and interpersonal skills.
