Work Schedule: 8:00 pm - 6:30 am Monday night - Friday morning with a long weekend every week!

Responsibilities Include:

Load and run programs according to schedule

Load and unload material from laser

Adjust cut conditions to provide quality parts

Work to maximize beam on time

Give feedback to lead programmer to improve quality and throughput as needed

Debur parts as needed

Check parts for dimensional accuracy, material, and count quantity

Organize parts by job number & route parts to correct location for next operation

Follow maintenance schedule

Maintain consumable inventory

Maintain sheet inventory and submit weekly (or as defined) material order sheets

Maintain an organized work area and sheet racks

Follow department standards for operation and organization

Maintain a safe work environment

We are looking for someone with:

Laser operation experience cutting all types of materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)

Sense of urgency to work in a fast-paced job shop atmosphere

Ability to organize and keep a tidy work area

Willingness to learn

Ability to multitask

Experience with Trumpf and PRC Fiber lasers a plus but not required

Good attitude

Desire to be part of a team
