Role, Responsibility & Skill required:

1. Knowledge of Control Plan, PFMEA & APQP.

2. Inprocess rejection analysis (CMM / Gear tester etc.)

3. Glass wall & Jomm meeting data preparation

4. Process & product audit as per plan

5. Monitoring of Internal deviations status & actions

6. Process verification with control plan, Process audit conduct

7. Kaktora & Pokayoke verification

8. Inprocess rejection analysis & decided action plan

9. Data preparation for Asaichi meeting, Glass wall & Jomm Meeting

10. Chronic issue investigation & countermeasure

11. Inspection procedure making

12. Maintain the sorting records
