We are seeking a qualified Pain Medicine Physician to join our team for a locum tenens position in Wisconsin, situated near Glidden. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive outpatient setting. Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: Flexible; 2 weeks per month, with options for 4 to 5 days per week, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM (timing flexible).
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only Responsibilities:
Conduct office visits and follow-up appointments.
Perform various procedures, including:
Spinal cord stimulation
Radio-frequency ablation
Injections
Provide exceptional care to patients, with a typical patient load of up to 15 patients per shift. Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License: Must be licensed in Wisconsin or possess an IMLC license.
Emergency Certifications:
ACLS: Required
BLS: Required
Hospital Privileges: Temporary privileges are available. Hospital/surgery center privileges are required. Practice Environment:
Setting: Outpatient
Support Staff: Includes 4 RNs and 2 office staff; no supervision of advanced practice providers or residents is required.
Facility Certification: Stroke certified with a trauma level of 4. Additional Information:
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days; however, temporary privileges could expedite this process.
Holidays Off: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
