Close just two deals per month and you’ll earn $22,500, plus floor bonuses tied to team performance.

You’ll oversee a stealth rollout backed by geofencing tech, cultural influencers, and multi-zone activations. This isn’t just sales—it’s strategy, speed, and IP protection.

Job Description: Sales Manager – Super Bowl LX Activation

Role Summary

Global Impulse Network seeks a results-driven Sales Manager based in Ashburn, VA or the Washington, DC area to lead and scale our telephone sales team for the Super Bowl LX activation. This role is central to executing our stealth rollout strategy across multi-zone geofencing deployments in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of elite telephone sales contractors

• Enforce performance benchmarks, exclusivity clauses, and confidentiality protocols

• Refine and deploy outreach scripts tailored to $75,000 activation packages

• Monitor lead generation, follow-up cadence, and deal closure rates

• Collaborate with executive leadership to adjust pricing models and sales funnels

• Ensure all contractors adhere to non-compete and IP protection standards

• Report weekly on pipeline progress, conversion metrics, and strategic pivots

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in managing high-performance sales teams

• Experience in event marketing, sponsorship sales, or brand activations

• Strong understanding of commission-based structures and independent contractor dynamics

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

• Ability to operate with urgency, discretion, and strategic foresight

• Must be based in Ashburn, VA or Washington, DC area

Compensation

• Commission override on team sales

• Performance bonuses tied to activation milestones

• Example: Close two deals per month at $75,000 each and earn $22,500, plus floor bonuses

• Opportunity to lead future campaigns beyond Super Bowl LX

Work Format

• This is a remote/hybrid position. While most operations are virtual, strategic coordination with executive leadership and field teams may require occasional in-person meetings or activations.

Availability: 10 deals for the California team
