Could you be the full-time **Telecom Maintenance Manager** in **[Bhopal]** we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **telecom systems maintenance and project management** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **dedicated and collaborative** teammates.

You'll **play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency of telecom systems during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and maintenance contracts**. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Project Managers, Service Engineers, Technicians**) and external stakeholders (**customers, subcontractors, and suppliers**) to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of **preventive and corrective maintenance activities**, but also **troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site**.

We’ll look to you for:

Following pre-defined maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with safety policies

Preparing failure and intervention reports

Collaborating with the customer O&M team to address anomalies during the DLP period

Supervising and inspecting telecom system maintenance activities

Testing and inspecting systems to ensure peak performance

Supporting contract KPIs and coordinating technical meetings with clients

Providing documentation and reports to assist maintenance teams and project managers

Ensuring compatibility with health and safety standards

Degree or diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

8+ years of experience in telecom systems for metro rail projects

Knowledge of telecom systems, including PAS-PIS, CCTV, SDH, Fiber Optic Networks, IP Networks, and more

Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting telecom systems

Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance of safety-critical systems

Strong problem-solving and team-working skills

Proactive mindset and readiness to acquire new knowledge

Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and OEMs
