Urgently Hiring, $15/hr, must have a car & valid driver's license, pass a background check and be able to lift 50lbs

We are a fast-growing hair care company based in Highland Heights, OH.

Shift & Hours

Part-time: ~18–20 hours per week

6–7 hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 8 AM – 6 PM

Role Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate with strong organizational and time-management skills. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, quality control, and smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship merchandise for delivery

Drop off packaged items at UPS (unless scheduled for pickup)

Receive incoming shipments and restock shelves in an organized manner

Process returns accurately and update inventory records

Perform quality control checks on products and packaging

Conduct device quality testing to ensure functionality before shipping

Verify packaging quality meets company standards

Assist with monthly inventory counts and database updates

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health & safety practices

Run occasional errands to local vendors/suppliers (mileage reimbursed at $0.50/mile)

Requirements

Ability to read and follow written work orders accurately

Basic computer skills (for order management & updates)

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs per box

Strong attention to detail and accountability
