Aria Rose Home Care is now hiring compassionate and skilled Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support individuals of all ages in the comfort of their own homes throughout Maricopa County. We provide care tailored to children, elderly adults, individuals with special needs, and those facing memory-related challenges.

We are looking for dependable team members who bring warmth, patience, and commitment to each client interaction, whether the care is short-term or ongoing.

This is a Per Diem position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support

Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, activities, and daily engagement

Support clients with memory care needs including dementia or Alzheimer’s by using redirection, structure, and safety checks

Offer care for special populations such as pediatric clients, veterans, and individuals with developmental disabilities

Monitor and report changes in client condition, including mood, physical health, and behavior

Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and changing linens

Assist with meal preparation and support dietary restrictions

Run errands such as grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, and accompany clients to appointments or community outings

Support post-operative and hospice care under supervision of nurses or hospice teams

Provide respite care and live-in support as scheduled

Maintain clear communication with care coordinators, family members, and health professionals

Requirements:

Valid Arizona HHA Certification or CNA License

Current CPR/First Aid Certification, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, and negative TB test

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Maricopa County

Preferred experience in home care or dementia/memory care settings

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compassionate and dependable; able to build trust quickly with clients

Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: $17.00 – $20.00/hr (depending on experience)
