Job Description

Overview: The Aesthetic Nurse Injector is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for providing a range of cosmetic injectable treatments in a medspa, dermatology office, or similar aesthetic practice. This role requires a strong clinical background, specialized training in aesthetic procedures, and excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about the aesthetics industry, committed to patient safety, and possesses a keen eye for artistry and detail.

Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation and Treatment:

Conduct thorough consultations to assess a patient's aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments.

Develop and customize treatment plans, educating patients on procedures, potential side effects, and pre/post-treatment care.

Perform a variety of cosmetic injectable procedures with precision and care, including:

Neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau)

Dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, RHA)

Other injectable treatments as required (e.g., IV therapy, weight loss injections).

Clinical and Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.

Business Development and Client Relations:

Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and consistent, natural-looking results.

Educate clients on additional services and retail products to enhance their results.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote services and achieve business goals.

May be required to assist in social media marketing (e.g., posting stories and content on Instagram or TikTok).

Professional Development:

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and safety practices in aesthetic nursing through continuous education and training.

Requirements:

Licensure:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetic injector.

Proven proficiency in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers.

A pre-existing client base is often a plus.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first mentality.
