JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Manage regional sales according to MAS
Co-create Marketing & Business Strategies active participation in Country Crop Meetings, MAS & ST&C contribution,
Cooperation with Distributors & Sub Distributors (ensure target fulfillment & cooperation with distribution sales force)
Ensure cross division (especially marketing & technical) cooperation by ideas exchange and input to the sales team,
Ensure efficient processes set up & implementation,
Lead Sales representatives:
Manage Sales Reps Target Agreement and evaluation
Develop Sales Reps: manage training needs & coaching
Steer sales using CRM: top-down and bottom-up planning, visits records, regional sales analyses.
Regular business update:
Reports to Sales Manager (Risk & Opportunities information from the region),
Competitors activities,
General tasks and duties
Ensure compliance with BASF Group Vision, Values, Principles and Compliance Code
Ensure behavior according to Agro Culture pyramid.
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree, preferably agricultural engineering
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Min. 5 years of experience in the agro business, min 3 years of leadership experience
Basic knowledge of MS office, Windows and Email systems
Driving License
Intermediate level or above in English
