Cormica is a global testing group serving pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. Our TPM Laboratories site in Cherry Hill, NJ specializes in analytical and quality testing of drug substances and products under GMP, GLP, and ISO 17025 standards.

This role is onsite only (no remote/hybrid) and may require shift flexibility to meet client timelines.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Chemist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on lab skills, solid regulatory knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior staff while ensuring accurate, compliant testing.

What You'll Do

Perform raw material, in-process, release, and stability testing

Operate and maintain HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution equipment

Keep accurate lab records and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH/USP standards

Support investigations (OOS/OOT) and QA activities

Train junior chemists and support method verifications/transfers

What We're Looking For

BS/MS in Chemistry (MS preferred)

3–5 years in a pharma or CRO analytical lab

Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution

Familiar with Empower and/or Chromeleon

Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, ICH, USP requirements

Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
