Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accordingly.
Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition.
Support multidisciplinary care plans to meet resident needs.
Provide compassionate interaction with residents and families to ensure comfort and understanding.
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations. Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) certification in the state of Alabama.
Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
