Job Title: Sales Executive – BPO & Call Center ServicesLocation: Nairobi Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview As a Sales Executive, you’ll take charge of growing our client base by selling BPO services and forging strategic partnerships.
You’ll be the face of the company to SMEs and larger organizations—understanding their needs, positioning our services effectively, and closing deals that deliver mutual value.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Proactively identify and target new business opportunities for BPO and call center services across local, regional, and international markets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting SMEs, corporates, and organizations that can benefit from outsourcing solutions.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value of the BPO services to decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and new clients, ensuring clear communication and a smooth onboarding experience.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI and strengthen partnerships.
Market & Industry Intelligence Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands to adjust sales strategies.
Identify niche opportunities (e.g., fintech, healthcare, telehealth) and position our company as a specialized provider.
Share insights with the management team to inform service innovation and go-to-market approaches.
Sales Strategy & Execution Work with management to design and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations at webinars, conferences, and client meetings.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with a focus on long-term account growth.
Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress within the CRM system.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales—preferably in BPO, call center, or outsourcing services.
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Competencies: Strategic thinking, results-driven, highly organized, and independent in managing the sales cycle.
Technical: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BPO trends, key verticals like fintech and healthcare, and Kenyan/Global SME markets is a plus.
