Key Performance Areas

Coordinate and manage the design and development of instructional materials; provide training and support to faculty/course developers in instructional material design; ensure the integration of educational technologies and the use of multimedia strategies; assess the effectiveness of instructional materials, technology integration, and multimedia strategies. Monitor and evaluate the entire course development process; manage the human resources involved in the course development process; stay updated on current trends in instructional system designs, models, and technologies; assist in strategic planning and its implementation and facilitate effective communication within the course development team.
