The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package. Basic qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, no high school diploma, GED or college degree required, and no experience required with on the job training provided. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and one year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to team members, relaying communication between team members, clients, customers, and management, reporting performance issues to the supervisor, assisting with the training of the cleaning team, coordinating work assignments, assisting with making daily and weekly work schedules, overseeing and performing cleaning operations in assigned building, managing security of keys and access cards for the property, reporting work orders for maintenance, ensuring premises are secured at all times, working with manager to schedule jobs with property manager and cleaning crew to complete the work, overseeing quality of jobs and confirming completion with manager, providing training to all new hires assigned to the building, checking supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly, and completing order forms completely and accurately. Coordinating equipment usage and inventories.
