COURTS ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF - Responsible for researching, developing, writing, submitting, and tracking grant opportunities to support the goals and priorities of the Courts and State's Attorney's Office.

Further, maintain a comprehensive database of grant opportunities, applications, and awarded grants.

For grants awarded, submitting requests for reimbursement, and required reports.

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, English, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in grant writing, and applying for grants from various federal, state, and private funding agencies, preferably for local government agencies.

Proven track record of successfully securing grant funding.

Excellent research, writing, budgeting, and communication skills.

Knowledge of grant policies and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in online grant portals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite .Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with federal and state grant programs specific to court systems and legal offices.

Ability to work independently or with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to gather and analyze statistical data effectively.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality
