UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. The clinical teams at the areas clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. Overview

Growing practice

Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Competitive compensation and benefits package including incentives, 401K match, CME allowance, and time off

Olympus equipment for EGDs and colon scopes

3 exam rooms for each physician 2 ORs for you when in surgery center

36 patient contact hours per week with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access

Responsibilities

Flexible patient scheduling to allow for seeing any volume the Physician is comfortable with

Call schedule requirement: 10 nights per month

Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve

Provide the best outcome for every patient every time

Qualifications

MD or DO

Board Certified

Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in Iowa

Eligible to work in the United States
