Hotel Marketer

Compensation:

1. Base Salary: 100,000 per month

2. Commission: 5,000 per night/room sold

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Hotel Marketers to join our team in Abuja. This role combines a guaranteed monthly salary with attractive performance-based commissions, offering strong earning potential for motivated individuals.

As a Hotel Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting hotel properties, generating bookings, and building lasting client relationships to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote hotel properties to individuals, groups, and corporate clients

2. Drive bookings through direct sales, referrals, and partnerships

3. Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to boost visibility

4. Use social media and digital platforms to attract and engage potential guests

5. Build and maintain client relationships

6. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management

Qualifications:

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

2. Previous experience in marketing, sales, or hospitality

3. Basic digital literacy

4. Established network with corporate clients, travel agencies, or event planners

5. Track record of achieving online sales targets

6. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
