Are you a seasoned Superintendent with a passion for leading large-scale commercial construction projects across the country? We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join a top-tier general contractor specializing in high-profile, high-budget builds including data centers, cold storage facilities, high-rise developments, semiconductor plants, and EV manufacturing facilities.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
Ensure top-quality execution, safety, and compliance with all building codes and regulations
Serve as the on-the-ground leader, reporting progress and potential roadblocks to the project team
Travel to job sites nationwide with accommodations and per diem provided
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of superintendent experience in large commercial/industrial construction projects
Strong knowledge of structural concrete, steel erection, MEP coordination, and vertical construction
Proven success leading complex builds in sectors like data centers, cold storage, or advanced manufacturing
Willingness to travel extensively and be on-site throughout the project lifecycle
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
