Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Associate/Receptionist to join our small, professional accounting firm. This fully onsite role provides vital administrative and operational support across departments, including front-desk reception, data management, and office coordination, helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Perform data entry and assist with maintaining accurate client records
Support process improvement and workflow efficiency initiatives
Assist with document scanning, filing, and digital organization
Help prepare materials for client meetings and internal use
Provide general administrative support to staff and partners
Ensure the front office and common areas are tidy and well-stocked
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
