Qualifications:

With or without BPO/Call center experience.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literate.

Good analytical skills.

Speak clearly and effectively to customer.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Great listening skills.

Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

Initiating calls to individuals or businesses who fit the target demographic profile.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers.

Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.

Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers through regular follow-up calls.

Accurately recording and maintaining customer information, including contact details, preferences and feedback in the company’s database.

Meeting and exceeding assigned targets on a regular basis.

Ensuring compliance with relevant law and regulation, such as Do Not Call (DNC) list and data protection regulations.

Collaborating with other team members and department to optimize strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Fixed Day off:

Saturday and Sunday
