Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative/Account Rep
Contract Duration: 6-12 Months with possible extension
Pay: $19.16 per hour W/O Benefits
Job Description:
As a Client Support Service Professional, you'll be the primary contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls related to various brokerage account inquiries. This includes providing accurate and efficient support for cash management products, addressing online/mobile app issues, and handling general account inquiries. You'll need to meet key department performance metrics consistently.
This role requires a professional, career-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll need the ability to multitask effectively and quickly adapt to changes within a busy financial service center, all while committed to delivering world-class service.
