About the Role:

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and management of our facilities located in Cairo, Tifton, and Moultrie. This position is designed to ensure that daily activities run smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive performance and enhance team productivity. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. Ultimately, the Assistant Manager is instrumental in achieving the company's goals and objectives through effective leadership and operational oversight.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or service environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles to drive business growth.

Previous experience in training and developing staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily management of store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency.
