Base Compensation: $175,000-$220,000/yr + tri-annual performance-based profit-sharing
Houston, TX base- 50% travel
Industrial manufacturer and master distributor seeks a strong operational leader who values culture and team building and can bring subject matter expertise in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
50% travel from Houston operations to warehousing facilities located in Minneapolis, KS; Phoenix, AZ; Memphis, TN; and Debary (Orlando), FL.
Leadership of new warehouse development in Houston to support growth
Continued manufacturing process improvement and Made-in America commitment.
Future-state development of an automated robotic warehouse system in eastern time zone based on an optimized national distribution footprint
Facilities and Safety team accountability for ISO-9001-2015 standards and greater.
Approximately 130 overall employees in-funnel.
Reports to the Chief Operating Officer and role sits on Executive Committee. Upward mobility function of effectiveness in organizational development in the funnel.
Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) implementation in process.
MOST IMPORTANT- curator of culture and builder of leadership talent.
