Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions

Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations

Collaborate with apprentices, foremen, and other team members to complete projects on time

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Communicate effectively with clients and represent R&S Electric in a professional manner

Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain reciprocity)

4+ years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial environments

Strong knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
