Compensation: $500/week draw + commission

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the Columbus/Toledo region. This is a draw + commission position designed for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment. You’ll receive warm leads, not cold calls—our team ensures you're set up with qualified customers who are already interested in our services.

What You’ll Do:

Follow up on warm leads provided by our marketing and call center teams

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with homeowners and business owners

Present and explain spray foam insulation options, benefits, and pricing

Build rapport and trust with potential clients

Close sales and help customers move forward with their projects

Maintain communication and follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales process

Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What You Bring:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Sales experience preferred (but not required—we train the right people!)

Ability to manage your schedule and work independently

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the Columbus/Toledo area

Drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
