Role Summary

This position is committed to quality and food safety, contributing directly and indirectly to the design, development, manufacturing, distribution, and sale of products to meet customer and consumer needs.

The Analyst – Supply Planning is responsible for setting up views for new items in S4 HANA and Maestro systems, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring alignment with Days on Hand policies. The role involves identifying risks related to inventory coverage, coordinating with planners to mitigate potential impacts, and maintaining inventory balance across U.S. distribution centers for items produced in El Salto.

This position serves as a key support to the Sr. Master Planner and is backed up by the Distribution Replenishment Planner.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Days on Hand tracking files for chocolate categories and imported intermediate items.

Identify inventory risks based on forecast and shelf life, and coordinate rebalancing efforts.

Monitor production schedules and coverage for imported items, collaborating with planners.

Set up views for new items in S4 HANA and Maestro systems.

Attend meetings to validate timing for new items and ensure proper system setup.

Rebalance inventory across U.S. distribution centers for El Salto-produced items.

Update waterfall files comparing forecast vs. actual sales.

Proficiency in English (90%)

Systems: S4 HANA, Maestro (preferred)

Education & Experience

Technical degree or bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supply planning or logistics role
