The Lakepointe Residency is a full-time program designed to equip and prepare leaders for a lifetime of significance in ministry. This 11-month program (June 2026 - May 2027) is specifically for young adults who have recently completed their schooling and are ready to be trained in ministry. The Lakepointe Residency is focused on developing the whole person—the head, heart, and hands —through theological training, spiritual formation, and ministry experience. If you are ready to step into your calling, passionately pursue Jesus, and be inspired and challenged by other leaders, then the Lakepointe Residency is for you.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Prepare, participate & learn in classroom setting
Recruit, train and care for volunteers
Build relationships with students called to ministry
Build relationships with staff at all LP campuses
Oversee Groups assigned to you
Serve and lead out in midweek and weekend ministries
Follow up with visitors, people needing spiritual counseling, gospel counseling & scheduling baptisms
Evangelism
Discipleship
Local missions involvement
Participate and lead out on a mission trip
Carry the burden of creating unity in the Residency
Build and carry culture
Burn like a fire for Jesus
