Sales Support Specialist

Your duties will include:

· Providing professional customer service (order processing, correspondence, telephone contact with the customer)

· Issuing invoices and sales documents

· Monitoring customer accounts, controlling credit limits and collecting receivables

· Handling the complaints process in accordance with applicable procedures

· Entering data into the SENT system and verifying the correctness of transport notifications

· Entering discounts and updating customer data in the system in accordance with applicable terms and conditions

· Collaboration with departments: logistics, sales, finance, and area managers

· Participation in implementation projects (e.g. changes to the ERP system, new procedures)

· Managing customer accounts on the partner portal

Requirements:

· Higher education

· Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or logistics support

· Ability to work in a team

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles

· Customer orientation and problem-solving skills

· Communication skills and teamwork skills

· English at least at a basic level

· Good knowledge MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Knowledge of SAP or Sales Force is an added advantage
