We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a CDP, you’ll take responsibility for your own section, working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standard
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Support senior chefs with menu planning and development
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and waste management
Help train and support junior kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
A passion for food, fresh ingredients, and high-quality cooking
Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy kitchen environment
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
