Experience with machine operation, forklift, hand tools is helpful but training is provided.
Strong work ethic.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Able to work individually or with team members as assigned, maintaining a positive work environment.
Excellent attendance work habit needed.
Able to maintain a safe work environment by following all safety rules.
Able to work 5 to 6 days a week and over 10 hours a day as required.
Able to pass a Pre-employment /Post-offer drug screen and physical and background check.

Job Duties:
Assist Lead Specialists
Dispatch technicians and log dispatches
Assist techs with parts and tag parts to be send out
Manage inventory check out sheets
Enter and close work orders
Handle outgoing shipments (UPS)
Handle plant emergency's and handle after hour phone calls
perform inventory audit / counts
cover for vacation / illness
fill grocery list orders for production areas
Meet with previous shift personnel on maintenance and repair status
issue supplies through customer service window
organize, identify, and label parts inventory and tool, and record parts and tools issued
Data entry on PM sheets, work orders, and breakdown sheets
Data entry of incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain accuracy of parts inventory and use MP2
Answer telephone and conveys information to appropriate personnel
Monitor radio and dispatches maintenance personnel to breakdowns
Poses good computer skills
complete paperwork and box parts being sent out
keep work area clean and orderly
Available for work 8 - 10 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at all times
Participate in daily production meetings
Work individually or with team members as assigned, maintaining a positive wok environment
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead
