Holistic Production System (IWS) Expert

Your Role in Our Team

In this key position, you will drive the cross-location introduction, support, and further development of our holistic production system based on the Integrated Work System (IWS) at Körber Technologies. You will play a decisive role in ensuring the systematic application and sustainable implementation of IWS principles across our operations. You will collaborate closely with order management, production, logistics, procurement, and other departments to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the cross-location rollout and support of the holistic production system (IWS)

Provide expert guidance on the systematic application and ongoing development of IWS methods and tools

Ensure the sustainable implementation of IWS principles and standards at all relevant sites

Conduct training, workshops, and coaching sessions for employees and managers to strengthen IWS capabilities

Analyze operational challenges and develop targeted improvement initiatives in line with IWS

Act as a key interface for cross-functional projects in the area of production system excellence

Prepare decision-making documents, presentations, and management dashboards for IWS topics

Your Profile

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable field

Extensive and in-depth experience (at least 5 years) in the field of IWS and its successful, sustainable implementation

Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach

High level of self-motivation, organizational talent, and implementation strength

Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German and Hungarian are a plus

Passion for production systems, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration
