Our Client in Papua New Guinea is looking for an MRO Safety Investigator

About the Role:

We are hiring a Safety Investigator & Trainer (MRO) to strengthen our Safety & Quality team. This role involves investigating safety occurrences, maintaining hazard registers, and delivering tailored safety and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct safety investigations and identify root causes with corrective actions.

Support audit responses and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Develop and maintain JSAs, hazard registers, and toolbox meetings.

Deliver induction, recurrence, and specialist safety training.

Act as liaison with the Safety & Quality Management Group and promote a safety-first culture.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 education.

3-5 years of experience in safety investigations or training within aviation/MRO (preferred).

Strong computer literacy (MS Excel/Word).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, trustworthy, and physically fit.
