ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Transferring and issuing raw material to work orders using the ERP System in a timely manner
Collaborates with buyer/planner to determine when product stock is needed
Receive and return raw material into inventory after each work order job completion
Conducts cycle counts when appropriate
Updates and maintains our inventory system
Receiving newly arrived raw material when necessary and maintaining lot traceability
Moving material to required area when necessary
Coordinate with buyer/planner regarding stem retrieval when quantities meet necessary amounts
Prepare/coordinate outside orders for shipping
Receive and inspect daily deliveries for correctness, adherence to paperwork while ensuring packages/material is catalogued properly and efficiently
Daily use of forklift and scissor lift
Other duties as necessary

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma / GED
Experience working with an MRP/ERP environment preferred
Hands-on experience with inventory control preferred
Forklift Experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Move/Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs. with help from handling equipment
Standing up to 8+ hours per day
Reach with hands and arms
