We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, supervising staff, maximizing sales, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day store operations

Assist in achieving sales targets and store performance goals

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service

Ensure proper merchandising, stock levels, and visual displays

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and compliance with policies
