Job Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or club environment, with a track record in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, inventory control, and budgeting.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
Exceptional customer service skills and experience training and developing staff.
