The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of technicians and mechanics responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and systems. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and minimal downtime across manufacturing or production facilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance staff, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.

Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failure and extend machinery lifespan.

Oversee diagnostics and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and company safety standards.

Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies.

Collaborate with other departments on facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.

Work in an industrial plant with a six-day workweek. Choose between a day shift from Monday to Saturday or a night shift from Sunday to Friday.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
