Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Commercial Agent (Japanese-English) Location: Philadelphia, PA Columbus, OH Salt Lake City, UT Houston, TX Bloomington, MN About the Role We’re seeking two Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent Japanese speakers and fluent in English to join our client’s Commercial team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, helping them navigate healthcare-related questions including claims, benefits, enrollment, ID cards, and more.

This is a phone-based role that requires clarity, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
